A collaborative project headed by the chairs of Media, Trend & Public Appearance (Faculty of Media & Design) and Graphic Design (Faculty of Art and Design) at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar, dedicated to exploring the concept of group identity. Looking into various types of communities and collectives from rock bands over political parties to faith communities, students from both faculties researched and investigated the makings and mechanisms of visual systems designed to foster a feeling of togetherness and belonging. Eventually, project participants split up into subgroups and conceptualized their own visual worlds.
